Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far, it means a lot to me.

As of this date (1-14-2012), the book has been shipped to all who have ordered. There are about 2 dozen left from the first printing.

All chapters were edited by James Rice (probably the foremost authority regarding Yenko Stingers) and Bob Helt (writer of 6 Corvair books), with special assistance from Warren Dernoshek (original Yenko Sportscar mechanic) and Pete Hylton (SCCA Archivist).

James has been the Competition Chairman for CORSA for many years as well as attended many Stinger races. He’s supplied me with literally dozens of vintage photos of Stingers in action. Bob has been of great help in making my ramblings into an interesting read for anyone interested in "Don Yenko And The Yenko Stinger". Warren has verified many facts and contributed much history and he was there at the time. Pete has supplied and verified many of the facts regarding the Stinger in SCCA competition. My publisher, Mike Mooney, through Possum Valley Publishing, has authored "The Griffith Years", a history of the Griffith sportscar and advised and helped me wade through the publishing process.

The book was printed in the USA. It is a limited edition, in a 8 1/2 X 11 format, all grayscale photos with color cover, and 270+ pages long. There is a complete registry of all information known about all Yenko Stingers (all the names and all the numbers), unknown facts and figures, and many never before seen photos of Yenko Stingers in action. The first 200 books were serialized with YSB001 thru YSB200 (Yenko Stinger Bookxxx) and signed by the author. Many copies were preordered and the first edition is selling out FAST!! Just like the Stinger!!
